The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & technical recruitment, particularly within the technology, banking, telecom, and fintech sectors. This role requires expertise in various recruitment tools and strategies, including LinkedIn RPS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top technical talent across multiple departments and regions.Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet organizational hiring goals while minimizing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.Conduct detailed technical interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track KPIs, and ensure process compliance.Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with internal compensation frameworks and market standards.Analyze hiring data and trends to provide insights and continuous improvement strategies for recruitment effectivenessSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn RPS, job portals and Boolean search.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to conduct effective interviewing and assessment techniques.Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.Knowledge of talent acquisition strategy and market research.Leadership and team development skills.Strategic planning and recruitment process expertise.Experience in MS Office suiteHands on experience with Google Suite, Zoom etc.
