We believe in quality over quantity and in long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and integrity.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.This is a high-visibility, high-impact position where you’ll play a key role in expanding Delta’s recruiting capacity and delivering exceptional service to both our clients and consultants.If you’re someone who thrives on connecting with people, matching top talent to meaningful opportunities, and making an impact every day — this is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, and qualify technical professionals across multiple IT disciplines (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, project managers, etc.)Partner closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver top-tier candidatesManage the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offer acceptanceBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and database managementLeverage recruiting tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems effectivelyMaintain clear and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring processEnsure a positive candidate experience with transparency, empathy, and follow-throughContribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outreach strategiesCollaborate with leadership to align recruiting efforts with Delta’s business goalsRepresent Delta’s brand and values in every candidate and client interactionRequired Skills & Experience2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technical or IT staffing, consulting, or professional services environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonalProven success sourcing and qualifying technical talent using LinkedIn and job boardsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environmentSelf-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and follow-up skillsCommitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical recruiting practicesLocal to Torrance / South Bay, CA, or open to relocationDesired / Preferred SkillsPrior experience in IT consulting, staff augmentation, or contingent workforce recruitingFamiliarity with ATS systems, CRM tools, and LinkedIn RecruiterExposure to account coordination, business development, or client engagementA track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals or KPIsA passion for technology, people, and building lasting relationships
