Talent Acquisition Business Partner, c£70,000, 18–24 month Fixed Term Contract, LondonOur client is a growing, international organisation undergoing an exciting period of expansion, which has created the need for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the team on a fixed-term basis. Operating within a complex, fast-paced environment, they are strengthening their talent function to support continued growth across multiple regions.Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role will operate as a true business partner to a range of stakeholders across the UK, Ireland and potentially wider EMEA. You will take full ownership of recruitment activity for your designated business areas, shaping vacancy strategies, building talent pipelines, and managing end-to-end hiring for a variety of roles, including front-office positions.You will be an experienced in-house recruiter with a track record of partnering with business leaders, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering a seamless candidate and hiring-manager experience.
