What you’ll do:Sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring top-class candidates across different areas with a main focus on the software engineering domainPartner with hiring managers to create effective JD’s, define and streamline the recruitment process & strategy, acting as a recruitment advisor for themPost vacancies to internal and external job boardsManage candidates through the end-to-end recruitment journey, making sure they have an amazing experienceUnderstand and champion our services, culture, mission and values to act as an ambassador for P3. Connect with both active and passive candidatesDevelop creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract top talent. Identify potential candidates using online resources, such as social media and professional networks. Prepare candidates pipelines and review them together with hiring managersConduct effective and thorough HR interviews. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and summaries for hiring managers.Keep our recruitment tracking system up to datePrepare job offers. Send feedback to all our candidates at the end of the recruitment processApply HR recruiting best practices; Uphold legal compliance and professional standards throughout the entire recruitment processPartner with the Head of Talent Management & Recruitment team members to define, execute and scale a long-term recruitment strategy with a focus on continuous improvement & metrics Who you are:3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment of IT rolesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting as LinkedIn and Boolean search);Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Situational HR Interviews, Video calls, Face to face interviews)Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenExcellent reporting skills using MS OfficeYou have a university degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other similar disciplinesComfortable working with in-house and remote teamsYou can work independently, with minimal supervision or guidance. You are confident and able to manage senior staff’s expectations.Able to handle multiple priorities and manage relationships with hiring managers, applicants, and colleagueYou think quickly and strategically. You are be able to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt to quick changes of prioritiesYou have out-of-the-box thinking, initiative, and proactivityAbility to meet deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude.You are highly organised & a person with great attention to details
