Key ResponsibilitiesActively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and talent databases.Screen CVs and shortlist profiles that match job requirements and company culture.Build and maintain a robust candidate pool for current and future positions.Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.Proven track record of finding hard-to-reach candidates.Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and networking skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
