Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & AttractionDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media).Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through market mapping and outreach.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Recruitment Process ManagementManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with business needs.Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager PartnershipCollaborate closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand role requirements and talent gaps.Provide consultative recruitment advice, market insights, and recommendations on hiring strategies.Align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and company growth goals.Employer Branding & Candidate ExperienceSupport employer branding initiatives (career fairs, social media campaigns, recruitment marketing).OthersKPI Driven is highly preferred. Experience working in recruitment firm is preferred.
