This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a brand-new team while working closely with remote stakeholders, that are based in Dubai.The ideal candidate has experience in setting up recruitment processes for new locations, hiring across various functions, and understands the nuances of the airline/travel industry. If you’re passionate about talent acquisition, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with global teams—this role is for you!Role TitleTalent Acquisition SpecialistRole LocationWarsaw, PolandKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.Support the establishment of the Warsaw office by defining hiring needs, creating recruitment plans, and ensuring a seamless talent acquisition process.Collaborate with remote hiring managers and leadership teams across locations, ensuring alignment on hiring strategies and goals.Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Polish market.Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the airline industry and the Polish market.Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.Work closely with HR and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.Skills and competencies4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup, product, or new office setup environment.Strong background in hiring for airline, travel, or related industries (preferred).Experience working with remote/global stakeholders and managing recruitment processes across different locations.Deep understanding of the Polish labor market, employment regulations, and best hiring practices.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment with the broader team.Experience working in IT companies, particularly in tech recruitment.Experience in participating in or organizing local events to promote the company and job openings.Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
