Role PurposeTo strategically identify, attract, and acquire top talent aligned with the Momentum Health’s goals and culture. This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience while building a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.RequirementsRequired qualifications and experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPTD are advantageous.3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment focusing on Clinical roles.Experience in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.Required knowledgeKnowledge of modern sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies across various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.Write and post job descriptions.Screen cv’s and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes.Maintain accurate records in Neptune.Partner with HR stakeholders (HCC’s HCBP’s and SHCBP’s) and business leaders to forecast hiring needs.Provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.-346021296
