You will act as both a connector and consultant—translating business needs into actionable sourcing strategies, that attract high-impact talent aligned with Zoom’s mission of delivering human connection.About The TeamWe support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employeeexperience for all Zoomies.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sourcing strategies across multiple functions and levels to identify top talentPartnering with Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and translate them into effective search strategiesUsing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean searches, and CRM platforms to build and manage talent pipelinesEngaging candidates with personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and valuesTracking and leveraging sourcing metrics to improve effectiveness and inform hiring decisionsMaintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the CRMWhat we’re looking forHave 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a corporate or agency settingHave proven sourcing expertise across multiple channels and platformsHave a proven ability to attract and convert passive talentHave English language proficiency in a professional settingHave excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBe comfortable with ATS and CRM systems; experience with Workday or HireEZ a plusHave a data-driven mindset with an eye for continuous improvementBe comfortable working cross functionally with various teams to align sourcing priorities and deliver measurable resultsWays of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
