The role involves overseeing the design, production, and manufacturing operations of tank trailers. Key responsibilities include supervising production planning, ensuring quality control, managing daily operations, and coordinating manufacturing processes to meet deadlines and maintain cost efficiency. The manager will also work closely with engineering teams to innovate and optimize tank trailer design while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient manufacturing workflows and resource utilization.Proficiency in Quality Control and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to oversee day-to-day activities and achieve production goals.Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide technical and production teams.Technical knowledge of tank trailer design and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.Problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize production challenges.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
