Tea Packing and Warehouse Associate

Job DescriptionGenuine Tea is an award-winning tea company based in Toronto. We are a small but growing team and are looking for two new members to join the fun! Our office environment is fast-paced, rapidly evolving, friendly and energetic.We are looking for someone who is a TEAm player. You must be efficient while still maintaining a strong attention to detail. We also require that you're organized, can follow direction and work independently with minimal supervision.**Must Be Eligible to Work in Canada and hold a Valid Work Permit, PR or similar**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Packing Inventory and Receiving Shipments:Ensuring all tea is properly weighed, sealed, labelled, packed, and storedAccounting for incoming inventory, wastage, and daily tea packingKeeping an accurate record of materialsEnsuring work area is clean and organized at the end of every shiftEnsuring product production is up to company standardsLoading and unloading palletsPlacing heavy boxes on shelvesClimbing a ladder and rolling staircaseBasic Qualifications:Highschool or equivalent diplomaStrong ability to multitask and prioritize the various needs of the businessAbility to remain adaptable and flexibleStrong attention to detailOther requirements include:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable using a heat sealing machine/scales/dollies/pump truck etcMust utilize computer software for inventory management and logistics solutions (DEAR Systems + Shipstation + Shopify)Training provided, previous experience in order fulfillment and/or food packaging preferred.
