About The Role - Mō Te TūrangaAs an Administrator at Team Global Express, you’ll support our national operations by ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining purchase order compliance, and assisting with reporting. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional Key Duties BelowCreate, maintain, and close purchase orders in line with our policy. Code and process invoices accurately using internal systems.

Support weekly profit & loss reporting and ensure data integrity. Assist with revenue assurance by identifying risks and preventing leakage. Provide responsive support to branches and customers, resolving queries efficiently. What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting the details right. You’re confident working across systems, juggling tasks, and supporting a busy team with accuracy and professionalism. Whether it’s managing purchase orders or solving a data issue, you bring a calm, can-do attitude to everything you do.

Additionally, You Will NeedAt least one year of experience in a similar admin or finance support role. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems. A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
