We’d love to speak to you if you believe in digital, and are committed to doing work that can affect the future in a positive manner.The RoleWe are seeking a Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end technical delivery of a major digital initiative involving a Flutter-based mobile application integrated with Sitecore XM, followed by a structured migration to Sitecore XMC (Sitecore AI).You will lead engineering standards, solution design, integration architecture, and guide a multi-disciplinary team across mobile, backend, and CMS.This is an individual contributor + leadership hybrid role, requiring strong technical depth, solution clarity, and delivery ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture:Own the solution architecture for the mobile app, APIs, CMS integrations, and eventual XMC transition.Design and validate Flutter app architecture (state management, modularisation, performance optimisation, offline behavior).Provide technical direction for Sitecore XM structure, content modelling, workflow, personalization setup, and prepare foundations for XMC.Define integration patterns for APIs, authentication, analytics, and CDP/CDXP components.Delivery Oversight:Lead the engineering team across Flutter devs, backend engineers, Sitecore engineers, and QA.Translate requirements into technical tasks, sprints, and estimations.Ensure technical feasibility, code quality, and alignment to Section engineering standards.Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues across mobile, CMS, and DevOps scope.Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with PM/Producer to validate scope, risks, and timelines.Present technical decisions to clients clearly and with rationale.Act as the primary technical counterpart for the client throughout the contract.Support pre-launch UAT, SIT, and post-launch optimisation cycles.Sitecore XMC Migration Planning:Conduct analysis on XM architecture and identify migration dependencies to XMC with the help of Sitecore expert.Lead POC work for XMC capabilities (AI, agentic workflows, CDP alignment).Plan and document the migration route:Content structure mappingMedia and asset considerationsPersonalisation logicTracking/analytics behaviourAPI and integration compatibilityGovernance & Quality:Establish coding standards, branching strategy, CI/CD improvements, app telemetry, and Sitecore best practices.Review architecture, code, and integration touchpoints.Ensure the platform aligns with security, scalability, and performance guidelines.Required Skills & Experience Must-Have6–10 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading teams.Strong experience in Flutter development, state management (Bloc/Provider/GetX), and mobile app performance optimisation.Proven implementation experience with Sitecore XM, Sitecore XP, or ideally XMC/XM Cloud.Solid understanding of content modelling, workflows, SXA, Sitecore APIs, integrations, and publishing architectures.Strong foundation in API architecture, Headless CMS integration, authentication flows (OAuth/SAML/JWT), and DevOps for mobile + CMS.Experience working in agile enterprise projects.Leadership Must-Haves:Ability to lead a cross-functional team (mobile, CMS, backend).Strong decision-making and technical scoping ability.Excellent communication—can simplify complex tech for business stakeholders.Strong ownership mindset—proactive, accountable, and structured.Good-to-HaveExperience with Sitecore CDP, Personalize, or CDP-like platforms.Familiarity with analytics and mobile tracking frameworks.Prior experience planning or executing Sitecore cloud migrations.Exposure to DevSecOps, application security, and performance tuning.Contract InformationDuration: 12 monthsCommitment: Full-time project assignmentEngagement Type: Contract under Section Option to Extend: Based on performance and project continuationWork Model: Hybrid with on-site client meetings when required
