This role involves leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:⦁ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales target and provide exceptional service. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.⦁ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve team targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.⦁ Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying, selling or leasing process.⦁ Market Analysis: Stay abreast of current market conditions, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Utilize this knowledge to guide the team and make informed decisions.⦁ Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
