The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Sports and Leisure to join Jumeirah Al Naseem.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Oversee daily operations of the sports and leisure facilities, including scheduling, duty rosters, reporting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.Motivate, guide, and lead the team by example with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Delegate responsibilities effectively, implement timelines to meet activity and event targets, and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety standards.Brief staff before each shift on their duties across relevant areas, ensuring clear communication of management directives.Deliver excellent guest service by addressing enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring members and guests are welcomed and assisted in an efficient and discreet manner.Conduct regular checks and audits of facilities and services to maintain the highest leisure standards, promptly report operational issues, and support management with additional requests within the job scope.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage.Exposure to working with a multi-cultural teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills.About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
