Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo develop and use best practice towards talent acquisition activities and support flydubai to achieve their required staffing levels.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvises department heads on staffing strategy, hiring and sourcing trends to meet organizational needs effectively.Provides extensive breadth of market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies.Works towards achieving recruitment targets and staying within budget and maintaining the highest standards of governance.Organizes and facilitates recruitment meetings with relevant stakeholders.Provides input and implements recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels in a multi-site organization.Supports in managing the recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple departments.Works with hiring managers and assessor teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.Ensures the use of best practice and maintains consistency in the recruitment process.Coaches and supports to the team to achieve their KPI’s, while mentoring and developing skills.Negotiates terms and conditions with candidates with company’s best interest.Provides weekly updates on recruitment activity to track progress and developments.Identifies global talent pools to attract and source top candidates while strengthening the Employer brand and Employer Value Proposition to position the company as a preferred employer.Assists in developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance with the aim of becoming and remaining an “Employer of Choice”.Implements Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers; Introduces new sourcing techniques to hiring managers and colleagues.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (3+ years)Degree in HRFluent in English (other languages an advantage)A minimum of 6 years in-depth experience and a successful track record in talent acquisition: commercial experience (in-house or search firm) of retained search and selection, or contingency and multi-channel recruitment, with a successful track record in management level job filling within a complex recruitment model / environmentSocial recruiting experience (LinkedIn, Indeed). Knowledge of ATS (e.g. Taleo / Smart Recruiter/ ICIMS)Years with qualifications: 8 yearsCIPD or SHRM (preferred)BPS Level A & B (preferred)COMPETENCIESCustomer FocusTeamworkEffective CommunicationPersonal Accountability & Commitment to achieveResilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude)Inspiring & Developing OthersDecision MakingStrategic ThinkingBusiness AcumenIsr RequirementsReads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
