As a proud member of Dubai SME, DataFirst contributes significantly to Dubai’s economy and growth.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Recruiter with min. 5 yrs of experience from UAE to own and drive our end-to-end hiring process for niche technical roles (in Data & Analytics, AI, Power BI, Data Scientist, Cloud, Software Engineers etc.). You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand complex technical requirements, and build strong talent pipelines to help us scale with high-quality hires.You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, switching between sourcing, candidate management, and process improvement.Responsibilities Craft compelling job descriptions and ensure consistent branding across platforms.Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and other channels.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify niche and hard-to-find profiles.Review resumes and portfolios to evaluate technical and cultural fit.Conduct initial phone, experience, salary expectations, and motivation.Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.Ensure timely communication, feedback, and a smooth, respectful candidate experience.Represent the company’s culture and values clearly and authentically.Provide regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and time-to-fill.Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of open roles.Proactive in sourcing, following up with candidates, and pushing the hiring process forward without needing constant direction.QualificationsProficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Technical Recruiting capabilities with an understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.Well versed with LinkedIn Recruiter applications and recruitment databases is mandatory.Experience in screening IT talents (such as AI engineers, Data Scientist, Data & Analytics Engineers, Cloud engineers, Power BI experts, etc.)Hiring experience in UAE market is plus.Strong Recruiting and Hiring acumen with the ability to identify and attract top talent.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional candidate and stakeholder interactions.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in UAE.Prior experience recruiting for technical roles in relevant industries is highly advantageous.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
