The Opportunity As our Team Leader you will oversee the ICT Sourcing Pipeline, working closely with partner agencies to prioritise and schedule sourcing services that meet stakeholder needs. You will have the opportunity to provide high-level strategic advice and insights on procurement and contract management matters, becoming the go-to expert for stakeholders, whilst ensuring your team consistently exceeds service delivery standards and achieves business performance objectives.In This Role You Will:Coordinate audit responses, maintain accurate contract records, and ensure compliance with procurement and reporting requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.Foster collaborative and constructive partnerships with internal teams, partner agencies, and suppliers.Lead or participate in projects and activities to help shape the future of our services.Inspire culture by promoting a workplace that values performance, diversity, and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For (qualifications, registrations, experience)We are looking for a visionary leader with knowledge and experience in applying and providing expert advice on procurement related policies, procedures or frameworks in a complex organisation, ideally with experience in a public sector or not-for-profit organisation.You must hold, or successfully obtain within 12 months of appointment, a Level 3 or higher Queensland Government Procurement certification.
