Team Leader – Credit (Agri Finance)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader – Credit (Agri Finance) located in Karachi. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team responsible for credit analysis and approval for agricultural finance. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating creditworthiness, monitoring loan performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support and training to team members. The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement credit policies and procedures. Qualifications Credit analysis, loan evaluation, and credit approval skillsExperience in agricultural finance and knowledge of relevant regulationsTeam management and leadership skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in KarachiBachelor's degree in finance, economics, agriculture, or related fieldExperience in the banking industry is an advantage
