Since then, we have established our presence in Denmark and across Europe, with 50 cafés in Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal. We are now looking for an energetic and motivated Team Leader to lead our kitchen and inspire a team of talented employees.At Copenhagen Coffee Lab, we believe that a great café is about more than just coffee and food — it’s about atmosphere, vibe, and people. If you have the character, personality, and passion to lead, we would love to hear from you!Location: CopenhagenHours: 25 hours per weekResponsibilities Lead by example, deliver an exceptional experience, and set high standards for your team. Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily performance. Recruit, train, and motivate staff, supporting their career development and providing continuous guidance. Ensure overall team performance and individual growth, including knowledge of cleanliness standards, FIFO principles, and efficiency. Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency. Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures in alignment with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including regular equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, prioritizing hygiene and safety protocols. The Team Leader is expected to work every other weekend.Qualifications Strong passion for people and for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A genuine love for quality coffee, baked goods, and food.
