The Team Leader will oversee a team of property consultants, drive sales performance, and implement effective strategies to meet set objectives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, guiding property consultants, delivering sales presentations, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will also collaborate with management to refine sales processes and contribute to overall organizational goals. Qualifications Real Estate Expertise and Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate processes, property sales, and negotiation tacticsTeam Management and Leadership: Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance managementCommunication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as relationship-building abilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Familiarity with real estate market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insightsOrganizational Skills and Results-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet targets, and deliver measurable outcomesProficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience using customer management systems and other sales-related toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the El Sheikh Zaid real estate market is an advantage
