Our client is looking to employ Team Manager based in BellvilleRESPONSIBILITIESLead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve daily, monthly, and campaign targets.Drive productivity, quality, compliance, and staff development through coaching and training.Manage incentive budgets and career growth plans for team members.Resolve people-related issues including absenteeism, conflict, and disciplinary matters.Oversee new consultant onboarding, project readiness, and campaign delivery.Monitor contribution-to-target figures and ensure adherence to legislation and call structure guidelines.Maintain strong liaison with project and campaign management teams.Build and sustain a high-performance culture with focused, motivated team members. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMatric is a must!Minimum 3 years' team management experience in a sales environment.At least 2 years' outbound call-centre experience.Financial services background (long-term insurance preferredStrong sales track record.Practical experience in IR processesSolid knowledge of first-line management practices and contact centre systems.Strong performance management and teamwork principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal savvy, and motivational ability.Ability to plan, align, and optimise work processes effectively.
