该职位来源于猎聘 Your tasks: We are currently looking for a Team Manager for OBD Development to join us. Your main responsibilities will include:Lead and guide a team with clear direction, support and mentorshipFurther develop the team in professional, technical and disciplinary managementTechnical main contact internally and externally for OBD related topics such as o OBD function development for diverse vehicle controller (e.g. ECU, TCU, BMS…) o Analyze system functioning and study legal requirements on OBD system o Derive suitable diagnosis strategy using existent HW to fulfill requirement o Implement diagnosis function via Matlab/Simulink (OpenECU standard) o Cooperate with transcontinental teams o Conduct or support function test and validation and SW integration o Deliver function documentationSupport in expanding customer base including project acquisitionCarry out cost estimates and offer preparationOrganize the follow-up of personnel planning, qualification and service provision in cooperation with project managers and specialists in the department Your skills:Bachelor or Master Degree in Major Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalentGood technical understanding of OBD regulations, requirements and its implementation etc.With a minimum of 2 years working experiences directly in OBD developmentExperience with documenting development, knowledge of function development best practicesTeam/personal management experience for ＞2 years preferredGood networking in the field of OBD development in ChinaSpoken and written English for technical communication and presentationTarget and customer-oriented mindset, willingness to take on entrepreneurial responsibilityGood communicative and strong teamwork skills
