Role: Tech LeadLocation: Poland (Remote)Employment Type: Open for Permanent or ContractWork Mode: RemoteStart Date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide solution design, oversee architectural decisions, and lead full-stack development across .NET and React applications deployed on Azure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enforce engineering best practices, mentor developers, and participate in client-facing technical discussions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution design, architecture reviews, and full-stack development (.NET + React).Deliver scalable, production-ready software in collaboration with product, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.Define and enforce engineering best practices: coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, security, observability.Mentor engineers, support team planning, and estimate delivery timelines.Engage in client-facing technical discussions and translate business requirements into technical implementations.Must-Have SkillsProven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.Strong expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, API and microservices design.Solid hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management, component architecture.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure: App Services/AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Azure AD/B2C, Azure DevOps.Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with event-driven architecture, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or performance optimization.Background in consulting or professional services.Understanding of enterprise security and compliance best practices.
