About the role: Business AnalystWork with business stakeholders to understand their needs and map them to ServiceNow solutions.
Understands little design on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and other key ServiceNow modules (if appliable). Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow Flow Designer, OrchestrationDevelop clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation that guide the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications. Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into actionable technical solutions. Coordinate and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring the functionality meets business requirements and is free of critical defects. Also participate in any testing as part of Tester.
Support in change management activities, assist in user training, and provide documentation for new features and processes in ServiceNow. Develop and configure reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets within ServiceNow to help stakeholders make data driven decisions “Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
