Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more). Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently. Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer. What We´re Looking For: Strong communication skills in English (advanced level). Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles. Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued. A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.
