Our team of 400 skilled Technical Advisors provides on-site support to optimize processes and drive tangible cost savings for clients worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Advisor located in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The Technical Advisor will work directly with clients to provide expert technical support, troubleshoot and solve technical issues, and assist in the implementation of Interflon’s specialized lubrication solutions. The role includes conducting technical assessments, recommending industry-specific solutions, and optimizing the use of Interflon’s products to achieve cost savings and enhanced efficiency. The advisor will serve as a pivotal point of contact for customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service while engaging closely with cross-functional teams.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess processes and recommend optimal solutionsProficiency in technical support and troubleshooting techniques to address and resolve complex issuesExcellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsAbility to work in on-site locations and adapt to diverse industrial environmentsEducational background in engineering, mechanical systems, or a related technical field preferredExperience in industrial lubrication, maintenance, or technical advising is an advantageFluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
