Job Description

Design Development & Technical DocumentationPrepare detailed ID drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, joinery details, and material specifications.Translate design intent into accurate, buildable technical drawings and tender packages.Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration of ID elements.Develop finishes schedules, material boards, and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements.achelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.5-10 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery fabrication, and detailing.Knowledge of UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, ADM, etc.).
