We finance and develop renewable energy projects through local citizen investment, mainly focusing on photovoltaic installations for public and private organisations.Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling organisations to access solar energy without upfront investment, while ensuring full technical, administrative and contractual support.Job descriptionEnergiris is looking for a Technical Business Project Manager (medior/senior level) to support the development and delivery of photovoltaic projects in Belgium.This hybrid role combines business development, client support and operational project coordination, working closely with the Board of Directors and technical partners.Key responsibilitiesBusiness developmentIdentify and qualify new photovoltaic project opportunities (SMEs, public institutions, non-profits, real estate owners)Build and maintain a structured and reliable sales pipelinePresent Energiris’ value proposition to prospective partnersUnderstand client needs and follow up on commercial opportunitiesProject managementCoordinate technical studies and installation works with partners and contractorsMonitor planning, quality, safety and regulatory complianceSupport grid connection and administrative proceduresOversee commissioning and project deliveryEnsure regular reporting and stakeholder communicationContinuous improvementContribute to improving commercial strategy and internal processesSupport development of project tracking toolsMonitor market trends and industry practicesProfileProven experience in B2B business development and/or technical project managementStrong interest in renewable energy and energy transitionAbility to understand and explain basic technical aspects of solar PV projectsExperience coordinating multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAutonomous, structured and solution-oriented mindsetLanguagesFrench requiredDutch and/or English are strong assetsStatusFreelance / self-employed status allowing invoicingWorking conditionsFreelance missionApprox. 2 days per week (flexible workload)Initial 6-month contract, renewableMainly remote work, with occasional meetings and site visits in BelgiumCompensation depending on experienceHow to applyPlease send your CV or a short introduction to: jobs@energiris.coopdetailed offer in French : https://lnkd.in/eC5_hxhkdetailed offer in Dutch : https://lnkd.in/eAf6JJzf
