You communicate professionally and in the correct business form with team members and clients.As a Technical Consultant on the Managed Services team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs, operational challenges, and growth objectives. You will conduct ongoing assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, configuration enhancements, and process improvements that ensure clients continue to derive maximum value from their Nue investment.Additionally, you will focus on helping our existing clients with the day to day operations that utilize Nue’s technology including but not limited to, the creation of new products and pricing, the maintenance/updating of existing pricing flows/plug-ins to meet the chainring needs of the business. Configuration/updating of existing billing assets/processes including Billing schedule/cycle runs, billing/quote templates and system configuration.Job Role and ResponsibilityYou will work with the Managed Services team to provide ongoing solution optimization and support for existing customers. You will provide deep CPQ and revenue expertise and guidance on functional enhancements and optimization of Nue. You are a hands-on team member that can manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously while maintaining the ability to engage with team members and customers in a professional and timely manner. You have a high proficiency in translating evolving business problems into solutions, while leveraging the capabilities of Nue. You will always ensure that the solutions provided are delivering sustained business value.What You'll Be Working OnProvide ongoing solution optimization and technical support for existing Nue customers in a managed services capacity.Configure and maintain Nue implementations to support evolving business needs, including creating new products, pricing structures, and updating existing pricing flows and plugins.Build and enhance custom solutions that extend Nue's platform capabilities using APIs, pricing plugins, custom integrations, and automated workflows.Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Nue and customer systems (CRM, ERP, financial systems).Perform data-related tasks including data imports, data migration, data quality assessments, and provide guidance on analytics and reporting capabilities.Conduct regular system health checks and proactive assessments to identify optimization opportunities and prevent potential issues.Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions that ensure system stability and performance.Provide technical expertise and guidance on Nue best practices, integration patterns, and platform capabilities to support customer success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate evolving customer requirements into scalable technical solutions that deliver sustained business value.Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes to build a knowledge base for customers and internal teams.Required Skills And ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years in implementing and integrating software solutions within Billing, CRM or ERP domains.Strong Salesforce administration and Apex experience.Solid understanding of object oriented technologies to develop software solutions.Strong PL/SQL skills required.Experience in REST API and web services is required.Experience using an integration and automation platform like Tray.io is required.Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) is a plus.Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge.Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in the dynamic and innovative Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.The chance to work on groundbreaking projects and influence the future of finance and payment systems.A collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
