Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager based in Jeddah. The Technical Manager will oversee technical and engineering operations, manage and support project development, and provide technical guidance to the team. Responsibilities include leading Research and Development (R&D) initiatives, ensuring quality standards, coordinating projects efficiently, and managing a team of professionals to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Technical Support to address operational challenges and improve processes.Proven experience in Team Management and leadership to mentor and oversee a technical team effectively.Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and advance aluminum fabrication techniques.Solid Project Management skills to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.Ability to communicate effectively and solve complex problems in the field of architectural aluminum façade systems.Educational background in engineering or a related technical field. A degree in engineering or architecture is preferable.Experience in aluminum fabrication and familiarity with international façade systems is highly advantageous.
