Technical Office / Architectural Coordinator – Flooring Projects

The company focuses on environmentally friendly, functional, and design-oriented floors that enhance the quality of life.We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer / Junior Architect (3–6 years experience) to support our flooring projects.Our company supplies & installs premium flooring systems (LVT, vinyl, carpet, sports floors, Flotex, etc.) for residential, hospitality, educational & commercial projects.Main Responsibilities • Prepare shop drawings & technical details for flooring (CAD) • Prepare material submittals, method statements & compliance documents • Coordinate with consultants, QC engineers & site teams • Attend site meetings when needed to follow up progress • Provide basic quantity take-off support (BOQ checks) • Work closely with sales/specification team to ensure correct product is submitted & approvedRequirements • Architecture or Civil Engineering background • 3–6 years experience in finishing materials / interior / fit-out • Good AutoCAD skills • Understanding of site coordination & technical documentation • Strong communication skills & professional presentationWhat we offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Fast growth potential (technical → specification → project lead) • Great exposure to international flooring brand (Forbo) • Supportive team and continuous learning environment
