Role Overview:Lead and manage the Technical Office & Tendering teams.Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings, BOQs, submittals, and all technical documentation.Manage the full tender lifecycle, including document analysis, cost estimation, pricing strategy, and submission.Review contracts, specifications, and technical requirements.Control and monitor project technical performance through the Technical Office.Coordinate effectively with consultants, project managers, and procurement teams. Requirements:B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Power).7–10 years of relevant experience in construction and electromechanical projects.Strong background in estimation and tendering processes.Previous consultancy experience is highly preferred.Excellent command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
