These technologies can be found worldwide in corporate offices, manufacturing and distribution facilities, educational campuses, hotels, and beyond.As a nine-time honoree on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the United States, and with a continually expanding global presence, 365 Retail Markets is committed to growth, innovation, and providing superior, integrated technology that meets the evolving needs of its customers and consumers.365 is looking to develop and grow its business in Australia and, following the recent move of its warehousing to Sydney, appoint an Operations Associate.ScopeThe Operations Associate (OA) will work closely with sales, inventory management, product testing in fulfilling orders for electronic devices This is a key position with strong potential for future growth within 365.The OA position is located within the International Operations Department of 365 Retail Markets structure and reports to the International Operations Manager role. The OA is co-responsible for the operational health of the customers in Australia, ensuring that all hardware and equipment dispatched from company’s logistics provider (in Sydney), meets configuration and performance expectations.Responsibilities Of The RoleCustomer serviceMaintain regular contact with key customers, ensuring their needs are met, operationally, and, for matters of support, in co-ordination with the 365 Support TeamOccasional travel to customer site to install/repair hardware as requiredLogistics (Domestic & International)Lead all logistics and invoicing related administrative processes Order fulfillment Package and document all outbound shipments directly to customers.Coordinate with 365 operations and external providers to achieve timely deliveries Testing and QA AssistancePerform testing and troubleshooting of electrical products to verify correct operation.Ensure equipment setup with proper firmware and configurations prior shipment.Understanding of hardware and components such as touchscreen monitors, keyboards, etc.Required to work with small hand tools to assemble or repair equipment Occasional customer site visits to perform above activitiesSite ResponsibilityRegular stocktaking and reconciliation of inventory with Finance and third party providerDevelop relationship with third party providers and ensure SLA’s are adhered toHost company’s employees when visitingGoods Management & AdministrationDocument and verify correct inbound shipments from manufacturers with third party provider and broker agencies Perform occasional light-medium lifting of 10 to 25 kgsRequirementsExperience preferably in vending equipment , computers , IT would suit existing field engineer , remanufacture specialist Experience in customer service, support, and/or order fulfilment.Experience with SAGE or similar ERP’s/CRM a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools. Basic understanding of shipping, packing, and/or logistics processes.Familiarity with technical manuals and ability to troubleshoot electronics.Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskAble to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.Must be able to identify, assess and solve problems.Strong work ethic and leadership ability.Demonstrate passion for service.Work EnvironmentPredominantly home working with travel to warehouse provider in Sydney and client sites in Australia as required
