Can you support technical requests across broad range of areas?This is a fantastic opportunity to join our new team in Bucharest. You will support our expansive Datacentre business within our Infrastructure Solutions Group. In this role you will partner with our field-based Sales and Technical Sales/Architects to answer technical questions on Lenovo’s product portfolio and build technical configuration using Lenovo configurators. To achieve this you’ll need to work with various inputs from our clients including RFP’s, requirement statements and sizing data. This is a generalist role but focused on servers where you will support multiplicity of requests from across a broad range of areas.What will be your other tasks once you join us? Provide technical pre-sales support to Lenovo Sales, Technical Sales and Lenovo Business Partners. Produce technical outputs such as sizing’s, RFP responses and configurations to meet client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor ensuring that Lenovo proposes robust and industry leading solutions. Creation of technical documentation such as product overviews, hints and tips, blog posts.What do we expect from you? Experience in an enterprise technical pre-sales environment Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data protection software stacks Ability to design full solution stacks from hardware to applications Knowledge of automation, orchestration, and management platforms Understanding of cloud-native and containerized workloads Nice to have but not mandatory: French, Spanish, German or another major European languageWhat do we offer you?
