We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the full lifecycle of high-impact technical initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll define technical strategy, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, innovative solutions.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, bridging business and engineering, and driving projects from inception to deployment, this role is for you.What you'll be doingOwn and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of key technical initiatives across multiple projectsDefine technical requirements, product roadmaps, and detailed solution specificationsCollaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomesAct as a bridge between teams to ensure seamless data translation, system interoperability, and technical alignmentLeverage cloud computing expertise to guide platform selection, architecture decisions, and integration strategiesIdentify, monitor, and manage project risks, interdependencies, and delivery timelinesOversee quality assurance, testing, and validation processes to maintain high technical and performance standardsTrack and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and transparencyFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across teamsYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2 to 5 years of experience in technical product management or technical product ownership rolesProven track record of delivering complex, cross-platform, or enterprise-level initiatives end-to-endDeep understanding of cloud computing platforms, system integration, middleware architecture, and API/data translation patternsHands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reportingStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and effective decision-making abilitiesWhy You’ll Love Working at ShyftLabsAt ShyftLabs, your work matters.
