This role ensures Canada Goose remains at the forefront of product craftsmanship and performance while achieving business goals.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end product development process, partnering with Creative, Merchandising, Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative, high-quality products.Partner closely with Creative Director Haider Ackermann and the Design team to translate creative vision into technically innovative, luxury-quality products.Build strong alignment with the Merchandising team on product strategy, assortment planning, and innovation within both core and emerging categories.Oversee the seasonal product creation process and calendar to ensure key milestones are achieved and cross-functional communication remains clear and consistent.Drive innovation in materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes, ensuring differentiation and superior quality.Oversee raw material development to meet brand standards for quality, durability, performance, and sustainability.Build and maintain strong global supplier and mill partnerships to ensure agility, craftsmanship, and continuous innovation.Integrate sustainability, cost efficiency, and performance optimization into product and material strategies.Ensure adherence to quality, performance, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the development process.Establish KPIs and reporting to measure development performance, speed-to-market, and cost efficiency.Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Partner cross-functionally, including with Marketing, to develop go-to-market strategies that highlight product innovation and craftsmanship.Stay ahead of industry trends, technology advancements, and consumer insights to inform product evolution and innovation.Let’s Talk About YouYou are an inspirational and strategic product leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and execution.
