In this role, you would be responsible for providing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support to internal clients.Responsibilities shall include supporting the US /Canada hiring from Offshore (India) during the EST Hours. Manages full recruitment life cycleAttracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.Sources resumes for roles in Digital/ Technology/ Analytics recruitmentDetermines and evaluates applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedulesCloses offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positionsCoordinates with onboarding team and selected candidates for successful onboarding.Must have prerequisites/ skills3 - 7 years of US Technology hiring experienceGood understanding of recruitment in US and CanadaExcellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent resume sourcing skillsExcellent interpersonal/ communication skillsWhy join Genpact?
