We help customers design, manufacture, and manage products more efficiently through advanced PLM and smart manufacturing technologies.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Technical Sales & Implementation Engineer — someone who can not only support sales activity but also learn, deliver, and manage technical projects, including customer training, software deployments, and solution rollouts across Ireland’s manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, and precision engineering sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Delivery & Project ExecutionLearn, configure, and implement Siemens solutions (NX, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix, etc.) as part of customer projects.Deliver hands-on training for NX CAD/CAM/CAE, Solid Edge, or Teamcenter to customers at all skill levels.Support customers during onboarding, deployment, and adoption of new tools.Assist with project planning, documentation, timelines, and delivery milestones.Work closely with senior consultants to build skills and take ownership of smaller projects independently.Consultative Sales SupportEngage with customers to understand their engineering and manufacturing workflows.Assist in mapping customer requirements to Siemens solutions.Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.Support proposals, quotations, and solution scoping for PLM and advanced manufacturing projects.Customer Engagement & GrowthBuild strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve customer processes through digitalisation.Provide feedback to the technical team on customer needs and industry trends.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with technical consultants, support engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.Collaborate with sales and marketing on events, webinars, and lead-generation activities.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.1–3+ years in a technical role such as applications engineering, implementation, technical support, or technical sales.Strong interest in learning complex engineering software (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge, Tecnomatix).Understanding of the product development lifecycle and digital manufacturing concepts.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience with Siemens software is a bonus but not required — full training provided.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Continuous training in Siemens Digital Industries Software.Opportunities to grow into senior consultant or project management roles.Flexible working options and covered travel expenses.A collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and customer success.The opportunity to work with Ireland and the UK’s most advanced engineering and manufacturing companies.
