Technical Sales Manager

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia | Reports to: Head of Sales, Managing DirectorAre you a technically savvy sales professional who thrives on solving complex challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can bridge the gap between engineering and business — someone who understands PVC, injection molding, or extrusion and knows how to turn technical insight into customer success.If you’re passionate about driving growth, building lasting relationships, and working with innovative industrial materials, this is your chance to make an impact.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.Partner with R&D and technical teams to ensure products meet customer performance and customization needs.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them solve process challenges (flow, shrinkage, color, compatibility).Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels across Saudi Arabia (and the GCC).Build strong, lasting relationships with molders, extruders, OEMs, vendors, and suppliers.Track market trends, competition, and customer insights to shape business strategy.Prepare sales forecasts and reports while meeting or exceeding your targets.What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience in injection molding or extrusion, especially with PVC.Solid understanding of PVC compounds, additives, and processing parameters.Proven success in technical or solution-based sales.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.Willingness to travel locally and regionally.Ideal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (required).5–7 years in technical sales, business development, or key account management in industrial or chemical sectors.MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.Must be based in Saudi Arabia (Jubail preferred).Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with industrial chemicals, coatings, or additives.An established network in the plastics, molding, or extrusion sectors within the GCC.Background in sustainability or eco-friendly materials.A technical degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.🔗 Why Join Us?
