Are you a technically skilled sales professional who knows how to match customer needs with our smart, platform-based solutions?To complement our Sales team, we are looking for a driven: Technical Sales Manager What are you up to?As a Technical Sales Manager you are the first point of contact for our customers – matching & surpassing their needs with our platform-based technical and commercial proposals. You independently prepare quotations for our products and services, ensuring each offer meets both customer expectations and company standards.You will:Manage customer inquiries and guide the sales process independently in close collaboration with the commercial team.Understand customer requirements and translate them into well-matched, customized proposals.Create accurate and competitive quotations for our products and solutions.Take full technical and commercial ownership of your quotes.Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed orders to our project management team and follow up on customer satisfaction.This role is hands-on and customer facing: you know when to involve the right colleagues and how to engage customers effectively. You are driven, customer-oriented, and able to turn complex technical requests into clear business opportunities.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical (installation) sales or engineering role.A good understanding of technical (installation) applications, drawings and materials science.Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.A proactive, results-driven approach: you know how to connect with customers and close deals. About usMJ-Tech/Growtec/Robur is a specialized family business that develops innovative technical solutions for greenhouse horticulture.
