Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:Provide Technical Information to Customer; Explain production processes, introduce products, and clarify specificationsCustomer Interaction and Requirement Gathering; Collect customer requirements and propose suitable products by considering the entire supply chain.Trend Monitoring and New Product Development; Research industry trends, customer's movement and coordinate product testing with factoryPost-Sales Support; Claim & complain handling, onsite service to investigate customer issues and provide solutionsWork Location: DTGO CampUs, Bang Phli, Samut PrakanWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PMSalary: 26,000 - 30,000 THB/Month (Based on your qualifications and relevant experience)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Sciences or any related field (Metallurgical Engineering or Materials is advantage).At least 1-3 years of work experience.Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade customers.Service-minded and able to work well under pressure.Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail.Good communicate in English.Have experience in Steel packaging or food lacquer Manufacturing or Technical service, QA/QC field or R&D, simulation skill will be an advantage.Benefits:Urban Allowance 5,000 THB/MonthTravel expenseSocial Security FundProvident FundAccident InsuranceMedical Treatment & Health Insurance (Including Family)Company LoanUniformBonusGrant Money (Marriage, Childbirth, Funeral)Party (New Year/ Song kran)Flexible Benefit
