Our proprietary help commercial, industrial, and institutional clients reduce consumption, save money, and support sustainability goals across Canada and the U.S. We’re a fast-growing company with a mission rooted in innovation, impact, and measurable environmental results.If you’re passionate about engineering excellence, operational precision, and making a difference through sustainable technology — we want you on our team. Position SummaryThe Technical Services Manager is the technical backbone— leading the engineering execution, installation validation, and performance analysis that ensure every installation of our product delivers measurable results.This role bridges engineering design and real-world implementation, working directly with client engineering teams and field service providers to ensure every deployment meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.You’ll oversee technical procedures, validate performance through data-driven analysis, and help shape the company’s operational standards as we continue to scale across North America. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Act as the primary technical liaison for client engineering teams, providing expert insight and building confidence in our technology and approach.Operational Oversight: Support and oversee field activities — from site assessments and installations to post-installation quality control — ensuring each project meets engineering and performance standards.Standardization & Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for installation, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring consistent, high-quality results across all regions.Measurement & Verification: Conduct detailed analysis of pre- and post-installation water data to validate savings, adjusting for variables such as occupancy, production, and seasonal patterns.Training & Development: Lead the training of installation and field teams to strengthen technical proficiency and ensure adherence to installation best practices.Real-Time Support: Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting during installation and operation, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or engineering, ideally within fluid mechanics or plumbing systems.Practical experience with plumbing layouts and joining methods (threaded, flanged, grooved).
