The Technical Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the resolution of IT-related challenges. Daily responsibilities include responding to service requests, analyzing technical problems, and working collaboratively with other team members to optimize system performance. Communication with stakeholders to explain resolutions and ensure satisfaction will be a key focus of the role. Qualifications Experience in Technical Services, with skills in providing technical support for IT systemsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent Communication skills for conveying technical resolutions to clients and team membersAdditional knowledge in hardware, networks, and system administration is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and deliver results under time pressureRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
