Its open, flexible, and scalable architecture makes it a popular choice for companies across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.Why hiringExpending the technical support team as the number of customers have increased.What You'll Do1, Problem Resolution-Diagnose and resolve technical issues with PLM software solutions-Investigate customer problems using analytical troubleshooting methods-Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes2, Customer Management-Lead upgrade projects for customers and partners-Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders-Ensure positive customer experience throughout support process3, Team Development-Train and mentor new support team members-Continuously expand product knowledge and technical skillsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field3-5 years of relevant work experienceWeb application development/ SQL knowledgeStrong problem-solving abilities - you can analyze complex issues and find solutionsExcellent communication skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesJapanese (above N2) and English (business level)Team player who collaborates well with othersStrong organizational skills - you can handle multiple customer cases with competing deadlinesPreferred Experience (at least one of the following):Programming in C# and JavaScriptSupporting cloud-based (SaaS) applications or managing application systemsBenefit for you:-It’s a highly customized platform product tailored to client needs, where technical issues can be both unique and challenging.-The role belongs to a global team (the final report line is based in the US), with close collaboration not only with APAC teams but also with teams in the US and Europe.Salary: 8M~12.5M yen/year
