About The Job Technical Support OperatorIntroduction to the RoleWe are looking for an attentive, responsible, and technically savvy Technical Support Operator who will assist users in resolving issues related to the operation of our systems and services. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring smooth and efficient user support while maintaining high communication standards.What youll doReceive incoming requests via phone, chat, and email, and register them in the ticketing system.Diagnose and resolve common technical incidents at the first line of support.Escalate complex requests to second-line support in accordance with procedures.Record and update all request information in CRM or Jira.Keep users informed about the status of their requests in a timely manner.Maintain a high level of customer service and communication quality.Who are we looking for?A communicative and solution-oriented specialist who enjoys helping users, handles stressful situations calmly, and strives to develop professionally in technical support.Must to haveHard SkillsBasic knowledge of computer use, Internet technologies, and mobile applications.Understanding of how ticketing or CRM systems work (experience with Jira or Help Desk tools is an advantage).Ability to handle multiple incoming requests effectively.Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and understandable language.Patience, politeness, and stress tolerance when dealing with users.Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Nice to haveHard SkillsPrevious experience in a support service or call center.Basic understanding of computer networks and system access management.Soft SkillsProactive mindset and curiosity for technology.Team player with a customer-oriented attitude.Ability to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.ConditionsFull-time position with a 5/2 schedule (09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00).Stable salary + performance-based bonuses.Friendly team and opportunities for professional growth.
