Our Clent, a boutique Managed Service Provider supporting high-end hospitality businesses across Central London, is looking to add both a 1st Line Support Engineer and a 2nd Line Support Engineer to their expanding technical team.These roles offer the chance to work closely with clients — primarily boutique hotels — through regular on-site visits, providing hands-on support and building strong professional relationships in a friendly, close-knit environment.The Roles1st Line Support EngineerIdeal for someone proactive, personable, and confident being the first point of contact. You will provide day-to-day support across user issues, maintenance, and remote troubleshooting while delivering an excellent client experience.2nd Line Support EngineerSuited to a 1st Line Support Engineer or Junior 2nd Line - who has some solid technical depth and experience handling escalations. You will work on issues involving servers, networks, and infrastructure, as well as contributing to wider project-based work.Key Responsibilities1st LineProvide prompt on-site and remote support to clientsLog, diagnose, and resolve a broad range of hardware/software issuesEscalate advanced incidents to the 2nd line team while maintaining ticket ownershipCarry out routine maintenance and support regular client visits2nd LineHandle technical escalations from the 1st Line teamTroubleshoot advanced issues across Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtual environmentsPerform patching, updates, and server/infrastructure maintenanceSupport project delivery such as deployments and system upgradesIf you’re an IT Support professional looking to take the next step in a well-regarded London MSP environment, please send your CV and indicate whether you are applying for the 1st Line or 2nd Line position.
