Our Clent, a boutique Managed Service Provider supporting high-end hospitality businesses across Central London, is looking to add both a 1st Line Support Engineer and a 2nd Line Support Engineer to their expanding technical team.These roles offer the chance to work closely with clients — primarily boutique hotels — through regular on-site visits, providing hands-on support and building strong professional relationships in a friendly, close-knit environment.The Roles1st Line Support EngineerIdeal for someone proactive, personable, and confident being the first point of contact. You will provide day-to-day support across user issues, maintenance, and remote troubleshooting while delivering an excellent client experience.2nd Line Support EngineerSuited to a 1st Line Support Engineer or Junior 2nd Line - who has some solid technical depth and experience handling escalations.
