Support EngineerLocation: London (Remote or Hybrid)We are looking for a SharePoint Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolve user issues and ensure smooth operation of SharePoint Online across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for SharePoint Online supportManage and resolve ServiceNow tickets relating to permissions, workflows and site issuesSupport users with document libraries, metadata, versioning and access problemsTroubleshoot Power Automate flows and Microsoft Teams integrationsEscalate complex technical issues to architects with clear documentationMaintain SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge baseDeliver user guidance and promote best practicesEnsure compliance with governance and security standardsSkills and experience required:Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, site structures and permissionsExperience using ServiceNow or other ITSM systemsFamiliarity with Power Automate, PowerShell and Microsoft TeamsGood communication, problem-solving and stakeholder support skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced support environmentAwareness of Microsoft 365 governance and data securityApply now via Haystack.
