Job Title : Technical Support (Surabaya)Job Descriptions :Provide on-site and remote technical support based on client needsProvide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issuesConduct installation, robots mapping, configuration, and maintenance of productsCollaborate and coordinate with technical support team for complex issue escalationDeliver user training, product demos, and technical documentationPrepare service reportsFull support on pre-sales and after-sales technical activitiesHelp to train the sales team if neededRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field1–3 years of experience in technical or field support (fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome)Good understanding of robotics systems, sensors, automation, and networkingWilling to learn new system and technologyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferably able to communicate in English and ChineseWilling to travel and provide on-site support when required
