We work to scale education to meet the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring impactful results and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical, user-obsessed UX Researcher to join our Product & Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering deep user insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and design decisions.You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data teams, and Engineering to understand user behaviors, validate ideas, and ensure our solutions are grounded in real-world needs.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and is passionate about building impactful user experiences at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute end-to-end UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, etc.).Identify and articulate user needs, pain points, motivations, and behaviors to inform product strategy and design decisions.Conduct usability evaluations on existing and new features to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to define research questions, scope studies, and prioritize insights.Analyze data, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and behavioral insights documentation.Collaborate with Data Analysts to combine qualitative insights with quantitative usage metrics.Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring insights drive alignment and decision-making.Help build and scale research frameworks, processes, and best practices across the organization.Stay updated on UX research methods, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve research quality and impact.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Design Research, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.2–5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role conducting user-focused research.Hands-on experience with a variety of research methods (qualitative & quantitative).Strong ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize research independently.Comfortable collaborating closely with Product, UX, Data, and Engineering teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex insights into simple narratives.Experience with research and prototyping tools (Figma, Maze, Lookback, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Passionate about understanding human behavior and designing meaningful, user-centric experiences.
